Workshop fees:
$20 in advance/$30 ( May 21st), paypal tax added
Workshop descriptions:
Take your shimmies to the next level! In this workshop we will cover the classic 3/4 shimmy, with walking, layering exercises and drills. We will also take the 3/4 shimmy to parts of our bodies you never knew were supposed to 3/4 shimmy! We will cover 4/4 shimmies as well to better understand and get better control of our hips. To finish off our workshop we'll cover some unique combos utilizing what we learned, Zafira style! Please bring water and a yoga mat for warm up & cool down.
