| Maria Hamer Monday nights 6pm - 7:30pm The Level 1 classes will start with a brief full body warm up that will include a blend of Yoga, Pilates and strengthening techniques that will help in your bellydance training. After the warm up we will cover slow, and follow with a few faster paced moves which can include arm movements, isolations of the body and drills across the floor. The remainder of class will consist of short choreographies, combos or an improvisational lead and follow, with a short cool down. This lesson plan will help in aiding a strong and healthy format for a beginning level student as well as a fun class for those just simply curious about this beautiful and powerful art form.
Please wear excersize clothes with either a tank or sports bra and a hip scarf for accents! 10 classes for $125 (paypal fee added) | Maria Hamer Wednesday nights 6pm - 7:30pm The Level 2 classes will continue to build upon level 1 with a more intense workout and delve deeper into the structures of the movements. Choreography as well as costume advice and beginner student performances may be involved.

Experience is a must, and be prepared to sweat!

| Maria Hamer Monday nights 7:45-9:15pm This class combines heavy drills/ complicated footwork and extra attention to learing longer choreographies and prepping for professionals and semi professional performance. 10 classes for $125 (paypal fee added) | Maria Hamer Wednesday nights 7:45-8:45pm The Zill classes will focus on playing a musical instrument accenting the dance. It will cover rhythms with a focus on the sound clarity, with some sttention on combos, footwork and mini choreos.
